DELIVERY OPTIONS & COSTS*
Our partners, Orb Group, and their suppliers fulfil the selection, packaging and courier arrangements for products ordered in the Caledonian Sleeper online gift shop. We are committed to sustainability, and so items that you order will be packaged securely with minimal packaging waste.
We are able to ship purchases worldwide and the exact delivery cost for your location will be displayed at checkout. This is due to the ongoing fluctuations in delivery costs due to constantly changing fuel prices.
On orders received before 12 noon on a mid week day we will aim to despatch same day. If received after 12 noon they will be despatched the following business day. Orders placed on a weekend day will generally be despatched on Mondays.
*Delivery charges may vary to those displayed, and additional costs may apply. We may require to contact you if additional charges and/or costs apply, and you hereby consent to the use of your provided contact details for this purpose upon acceptance of this policy.
For NON-EU International Deliveries - please note that applicable taxes and duties may become payable to the courier. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all applicable taxes and duties are paid. Once dispatch of your order has been made, any non-payment of customs tax/ duty or non-collection of goods can result in a return charge being deducted from any refund processed.
